Your next challenge

As our
Communication Expert B2C
, you are responsible for creating, managing, and optimizing communication campaigns for our B2C audience.

Working closely with the Product Marketing Manager, you translate strategic briefings into impactful campaigns. Your core focus will be
email marketing
(newsletters, targeted emails) - complemented by content creation for
blog posts, videos, social media, events, merchandise, and more
.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and execute a content plan for the B2C segment across multiple channels.
  • Create engaging content for email campaigns, newsletters, social media posts, blog articles, one pagers, videos, landing pages, visuals, POS material, print ads, online banners, etc.
  • Write compelling, audience-tailored content and collaborate with copywriters and translators; proofread all published content.
  • Ensure all content follows brand guidelines and has a positive impact on the Pluxee brand - working closely with designers and challenging ideas where needed.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including Product Marketing Managers, Marketing Automation Experts, agencies, developers, and Customer Experience Team.
  • Publish content on Pluxee's websites and app.
  • Create and grow engaging social media content to increase audience and interaction.
  • Analyse campaign performance (open rate, CTR, engagement) with the Product Marketing Manager and optimize future campaigns.
  • Develop assets for Go-to-Market campaigns of new products.
  • Contribute to corporate communication (e.g., CSR) and crisis communication.
  • Identify trends, timely opportunities, and news to create relevant topical content.
  • Monitor competitor marketing and communication activities to continuously improve Pluxee's campaigns.

What you'll be doing:

  • Analyze external communication strategies and campaigns.
  • Develop reports and presentations on communication performance.
  • Conduct research to identify communication trends and best practices.
  • Collaborate with marketing and communication teams to improve external communication.
  • Monitor and report on media coverage and public perception.
  • Provide support for external communication initiatives.

You're a match

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing or Communication, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 3-5 years of experience in communication or marketing roles.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, including SEO, social media, email, and content marketing.
  • Experience with marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Brevo) and digital tools (Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn).
  • Excellent writing and editing skills; ability to adapt tone to different audiences.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
  • Knowledge of UX/UI best practices for digital campaigns.
  • Languages: Dutch or French native level and good in Dutch (if French native) or French (if Dutch native) and English.
