Poppy is Belgium’s leading shared mobility service, with over 2,200 cars and vans operating across two major cities. We’re on a mission to make urban life more convenient, efficient, and enjoyable. Our team is passionate about reshaping mobility, and we’re looking for someone just as driven to join us!


Your role as a customer service representative, you’ll be:

  • Providing support via phone, chat & e-mail to ensure our users have the best experience.
  • Tackling challenges creatively and finding solutions that leave our users happy.
  • Collaborating with Operations, Finance, Marketing, and Development teams to amplify user satisfaction and share their feedback.
  • Contributing ideas to improve team workflows and elevate the customer experience.


What We’re Looking For:

  • Availability to work on-site for the first 2 weeks.
  • A quick learner who’s excited to grow with us.
  • Proactive and solution-oriented, always seeking ways to improve processes.
  • Able to manage multiple tasks with ease.
  • Fluent in French & Dutch (a must), with English as an essential third language!
  • Previous experience in customer service is a plus.
