Overview

We are seeking an experienced Automation Engineer to support filling and packaging line operations within a pharmaceutical manufacturing environment. The role involves the design and integration of automation systems, with a focus on mechanical, electrical, and software interfaces.

Responsibilities:

• Contribute to the design and integration of pharmaceutical filling and packaging lines, including:
• Mechanical layout design
• Electrical systems design
• Software interface design

• Lead or support integration of systems such as:
• Vision systems and visual inspection
• Printer systems and serialization equipment
• Line control software, ERP interfaces, and MES/EBR systems

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for mechanical and software integration.
• Ensure system design aligns with GMP and industry standards.
• Travel to client sites as needed (up to 50%) to oversee installations, testing, and validation activities.

Qualifications:

• Degree in Electronic Engineering, Automation, or related technical field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in automation engineering in a pharmaceutical manufacturing context.
• Demonstrated expertise in filling and packaging line automation, including mechanical, electrical, and software aspects.

• Proven experience working with:
• Vision and inspection systems
• Serialization and printer integration
• Line control software
• ERP and MES/EBR interfaces

• Fluent in English and native in French (both written and spoken).
• Strong problem-solving and project coordination skills.
• Willingness to travel at least 50% of the time to client sites.
