Creative Director - REMOTE WORK


About Profirst Profirst International is a communication and event-design company, active across the luxury, fashion, retail, art, and design industries. We create bold, culturally relevant experiences and audiovisual content for prestigious brands worldwide. As Freelance Creative Producer , you will support the development and delivery of high-end audiovisual content — from initial concept through to final execution. You will be supervised by the Content Director, in charge of managing the content team that you will integrate. Together, you’ll shape creative ideas, translate them into clear visual proposals, and manage their production across a wide range of client and internal projects. Collaborate closely with the Content Director to define creative direction on projects and develop original concepts for Profirst’s clients as well as its own communication. Build moodboards, storyboards, and visual frameworks that articulate creative vision Source and select the right creative talents (videographer, photographer, illustrator, designer,...) Manage timelines, resources, and budgets across all stages of production Oversee the production process, from pre-production to final delivery, ensuring quality and coherence Provide creative direction and feedback to ensure content aligns with brand expectations and creative standards Liaise with clients to understand their needs and deliver sharp, tailored creative solutions Monitor trends in media, luxury, fashion, and design to inspire and inform your work Proactively identify new business opportunities, including potential projects, partnerships, or clients aligned with Profirst’s creative vision 2+ years of experience in a similar content/creative production role or in event management. ~ A sharp creative eye and strong sense of visual storytelling, particularly within the luxury and fashion sectors ~ Solid knowledge of video and digital content production workflows and the vocabulary of the sector ~ Strong organizational and leadership skills, with the ability to manage teams and logistics ~ or other video editing tools (Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve,...). ~ Experience with budgeting, negotiation and production planning ~ Clear, confident communication skills — both with teams and clients ~ Bachelor’s degree in Film, Media, Communications or a related field ~ Fluency in French and English (Dutch and Spanish are a plus)
