Key Responsibilities: Ignite Growth and Lead the European Projects Team
Your tasks:
- Master the Bidding Process: Take charge of processing all complex project and general cargo enquiries, including ITB, RFI, and RFQ requests, turning leads into wins.
- Drive Strategic Implementation: Demonstrate full ownership and relentless drive to successfully implement our strategic goals, turning vision into reality.
- Pioneer Business Development: Aggressively prioritize new business acquisition and forge strong, lasting relationships with clients across Europe, collaborating closely with your EU project colleagues.
- Lead World-Class Services: Expertly manage end-to-end tender processes, collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure we deliver unparalleled service every time.
- Negotiate & Win: Utilize your skills to skillfully negotiate high-stakes contracts with both key clients and essential subcontractors.
- Build Your Network: Cultivate and nurture vital relationships with stakeholders and industry professionals, expanding our influence.
- Ensure Flawless Execution: Guarantee seamless coordination and communication between our sales and operational teams for maximum efficiency.

Your profile:
- Nine years plus experience in project cargo forwarding, including breakbulk, heavy lift, international and container operations
- A professional qualification awarded by an approved educational institution specializing in the logistics and freight forwarding sector.
- Commercial and operational experience in general cargo, break bulk, oversized and heavy lift (multimodal)

- Implementing a business development plan as well as directing all details of project delivery under your assignment
- Willingness to travel on national and international business trips
- Excellent knowledge English, enabling you to quickly find your way internationally
- Computer literacy with Microsoft software applications and other leading market software applications. In-depth knowledge of electronic support tools for logistics operations
- Analytical skills to develop logistics solutions
