Your impact

As a Digital Workplace Lead Engineer, you'll make an impact by:

• Leading the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of digital workplace solutions across audiovisual, collaboration, and connectivity domains.
• Driving the transition from in-house services to a managed service model, ensuring seamless handover, operational excellence, and supplier accountability.
• Managing external suppliers and service providers, ensuring SLAs are met and value is delivered consistently.
• Acting as a key point of contact for internal stakeholders, translating business needs into technical solutions and ensuring alignment with IT strategy.
• Establishing and maintaining a structured way of working, including documentation, process governance, and performance tracking.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure a consistent and high-quality user experience across all digital workplace services.

About you

- You have a proven track record in digital workplace engineering, with deep expertise in:

• Windows 10/11 and MacOS operating system management.
• Microsoft 365 collaboration suite (Teams, SharePoint, ..).
• End-user devices (laptops, mobile devices, peripherals) and endpoint management in Workspace ONE and Intune.
• End-user device hardware support and recommendations.
• Mobile application management with Apple Store Connect and Google Play store.
• Group Policy Object management in Active Directory.
• Application packaging with scripting tools like PowerShell.
• Audiovisual systems and collaboration tools.
• Networking fundamentals relevant to workplace connectivity and performance.

- You have experience managing suppliers in a managed service environment, including contract negotiation, performance management, and service transition.

- You are a structured and proactive professional who thrives in a dynamic environment.

- You are an excellent communicator, able to engage with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

- You hold a relevant degree in IT, engineering, or equivalent through experience

- You are fluent in English; knowledge of Dutch and/or French is a plus.
