Job Title: Senior Analyst, CAR-T Manufacturing Batch Advocate
About the Role:
We are seeking a proactive and technically skilled Senior Analyst to support CAR-T manufacturing operations within a highly regulated pharmaceutical environment.
As part of the batch advocacy team, you will serve as the “Voice of the Batch,” ensuring high-quality and timely delivery of cell therapy products by identifying and resolving issues that could delay batch release.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor manufacturing batches from receipt through to release, identifying any early indicators of delay.
- Assess, prioritize, and escalate batch-related issues for resolution.
- Maintain digital case reports for batches requiring additional oversight.
- Collaborate with manufacturing and quality teams to expedite delayed batches.
- Populate and manage batch monitoring systems to support transparency and resolution tracking.
- Support onboarding and training for new country launches and batch release flows.
- Assist in developing monitoring strategies for new workflows at future manufacturing facilities.
- Participate in the review and implementation of manufacturing SOPs, batch records, and work instructions.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Immunology, Molecular Biology, Bio-Pharmaceutical Manufacturing, or a related field.
- 4+ years of experience in a GxP-regulated technical operations, quality, or manufacturing setting.
- Previous work in a CAR-T GMP manufacturing environment is essential.
- Practical experience with cell therapy testing tools such as:
- Digital Drop PCR
- Automated cell counters
- Multi-color flow cytometry
- ELISA (cytokines)
- Cell culture
- BAC-T sterility testing
- Strong analytical and communication skills with the ability to collaborate across teams.
- Fluent in English and Dutch; additional languages such as German, French, Spanish, Portuguese, or Italian are a plus.
- Ability to respond within 12 hours to global or local site requests.
- Comfortable with occasional travel (up to 10%).
