Planning & Coordination

  • Prepare a comprehensive Post-Implementation Report with Lessons Learned

Soft Skills Required

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Critical thinker with a detail-oriented mindset

  • Autonomous yet collaborative, with a natural leadership presence

Your Profile

  • 10+ years of proven project management experience, preferably in financial services
  • Strong expertise in projects involving business processes, controls, KPIs, and governance
  • Experience managing multiple large-scale projects (300–3,000 man-days) end-to-end

  • Fluent in English with excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills
  • Technically minded with experience in Information Security, particularly IAM
  • Familiar with data management topics, and ideally with SailPoint and CyberArk

  • Familiarity with public sector or regulated environments
