Commissioning Engineer

Requirements:

• Demonstrated experience overseeing the installation or commissioning of telecom and security systems
• Practical knowledge of equipment from key vendors, including:
• Cisco (networking/telephony)
• Ziztel (PAGA)
• Genetec / HID (access control systems)
• AESYS (signage)
• JOTRON (VHF systems)
• Trelleborg (marine systems)
• Possession of a valid VOL-VCA (SCC-17) certification or equivalent
• Equipped with own laptop, necessary software, personal protective equipment (PPE), and tools
• Fluent in English, both spoken and written
• Valid medical fitness certificate and passport
• Authorized to work in Belgium (via A1, Limosa, or appropriate visa)

Desirable:

• Previous experience on commissioning projects in Belgium or similar EU environments
• Knowledge of industrial commissioning documentation and standards
• Basic proficiency in Dutch for safety and on-site communication
• Strong adaptability to new site technologies and protocols
