Software Asset Consultant

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related discipline
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in software asset management or IT asset-related functions
• Proficient in tools such as Flexera, Snow, and ServiceNow SAM
• Strong knowledge of software license management and compliance processes for major vendors
• Direct involvement in supporting or leading software audit activities
• Familiarity with the ITIL framework and industry best practices
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

Desirable:

• Certifications such as ITIL, CSAM (Certified Software Asset Manager), or knowledge of ISO standards
• Experience with advanced analytics for software usage and optimization
• In-depth understanding of licensing models for Microsoft, Oracle, and IBM
• Proven track record in reducing software expenditure through effective asset management
• Fluency in multiple European languages is considered an asset
