• You oversee the delivery fulfilment process for countries engaged in vaccine distribution.
• You monitor the forecasted shipments in line with open customer orders.
• You handle customer orders while complying with national and international laws.
• You create appropriate shipping plans to ensure proper vaccine handling and storage.
• You manage invoicing processes and coordinate the shipment of products across various suppliers.
• You maintain direct relationships with local brokers and logistics service providers to facilitate smooth operations.
• You generate reports and statistics based on data collection to support operational transparency.
