• You ensure the recruitment and onboarding process runs seamlessly, creating a great experience for our new hires.
• You manage correct onboarding in payroll and benefits, ensuring smooth transitions.
• You oversee timely and accurate payroll calculations from the first month for all employees.
• You set up all systems correctly and on time before onboarding days.
• You implement promotions and off-cycle increases, which are accurately reflected in payroll and benefits systems.
• You act as the main contact for employees regarding sickness and leave-related questions and support.
• You ensure operational exits are handled properly, including exit package implementation and final payments.

What are we looking for?

• You hold a
  Bachelor's Degree
  .
• You have at least
  3 years of experience
  in Human Resources, with a strong understanding of HR operations.
• You possess strong knowledge of HR processes, particularly the employee lifecycle.
• You are proficient in HR software including
  SuccessFactors
  ,
  eBlox
  , and
  Protime
  .
• You are detail-oriented and quality-focused.
• You are a strong communicator and a proactive team player.
• You are organized, able to multitask, and manage risks effectively.
• You have a strong analytical mindset and enjoy working with data.
• You are proficient in
  English
  and
  French
  ; knowledge of other European languages is a plus.
