You will lead all compliance activities for our Belgian Online License, ensuring our operations not only meet but exceed regulatory expectations. You’ll manage the implementation and continuous improvement of our compliance framework, maintain ISO27001 standards, and ensure full alignment with the Belgian Gambling Law.

As the primary contact for internal teams, you’ll work cross-functionally with Operations, Payments, AML, Responsible Gaming, and Customer Support, promoting a strong culture of integrity and compliance throughout the business.

• Oversee and continuously improve the company’s compliance and governance framework in line with Belgian gaming regulations.
• Develop, implement, and monitor policies and procedures across key compliance areas, including AML, Responsible Gaming, Data Protection, Marketing, and Player Protection.
• Conduct risk assessments, gap analyses, and compliance monitoring reviews to identify and mitigate potential issues.
• Provide expert compliance advice to all departments, embedding a culture of integrity and accountability.
• Design and deliver internal compliance training to ensure staff understand and uphold their obligations.
• Lead the maintenance of ISO27001 certification, including documentation, audits, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Prepare and submit compliance reports to senior management and regulators.
• Collaborate with Legal and senior leadership to strengthen governance and Board-level reporting.
• Monitor regulatory developments, interpret changes, and drive timely policy updates and implementations.
• Lead regulatory expansion efforts by preparing and submitting applications for new gaming licenses in collaboration with local authorities, supporting the company’s growth and market development strategy.

• Native or fluent proficiency in Dutch, French, and English (both written and spoken).
• Exceptional communication and report-writing skills.
• Strong organizational and administrative abilities, with experience in preparing regulatory or management reports.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Master’s degree (or equivalent) required.
