Within the R&D department of Petersime we’re looking for a Team Leader to head our Incubation Team—a key role that bridges cutting-edge research with future-ready business applications.
In this role you will report to the R&D manager.
Lead and manage the R&D Incubation Team, fostering a culture of innovation and collaboration with (independent) global incubation consultants
Coordinate inhouse lab tests, field trials at pilot customers, and scientific research activities at partner universities and institutes
Serve as the bridge between technical development and business needs—translating early-stage findings into projects
Master’s degree in civil engineering, preferably with a specialization in bioengineering, electro-mechanics, control technology, or related fields
Proven experience in people management and team leadership
