Are you a strategic thinker with deep technical expertise in ServiceNow? We’re looking for a Principal Engineer – ServiceNow Architect to lead the design and implementation of enterprise-grade ITSM, Security Incident Response (SIR), and Integrated Risk Management (IRM) solutions.

🔍 What You’ll Do:

• Architect scalable ServiceNow solutions that drive automation and digital transformation.
• Lead technical discussions, gap analyses, and solution designs across ITSM and IRM modules.
• Collaborate with integration teams to connect ServiceNow with other enterprise platforms.
• Ensure compliance with SOX/GxP regulations and validation processes.
• Stay ahead of the curve with AI-driven features and platform innovations.

💡 What You Bring:

• ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (ITSM and/or IRM).
• 6+ years of experience in ServiceNow architecture and development.
• Strong scripting and integration skills (REST, JSON, SOAP).
• Deep understanding of ITIL, risk/compliance frameworks (NIST, SOX), and GxP validation.
• Experience in validated environments, ideally within regulated industries.
