Dutch speaking Business Consultant
As a Dutch speaking Business Consultant, you will mainly be involved in the implementation of PlanningForce for customers based in the Belgian Flemish region and the Netherlands.
Role of Business Consultant @ PlanningForce
You analyze and define, from a functional point of view, the user's problems and needs
You develop feasibility studies and convert the problems into functional and process specifications in order to create a solution that supports the customer's development.
You accompany the customer in the implementation of PlanningForce solutions by providing data modelling, functional testing, training and advice to ensure optimal use of the application and its functionalities.
Details of the role
Functional analysis – Analyze and define the user's needs – Convert requirements into specifications in a functional architecture document
Process analysis – Define the process to be implemented to support the objectives of development and use of the solution
Implementation – Ensure the follow-up and guidance of the implementation of the application at the functional level – Prepare and deliver user training for the software – Create and/or adapt educational and technical materials for clients – Stimulate and constantly promote the development and improvement of the quality of the processes and tools used in order to ensure optimal use of the software by the user
Business Analysis – Organize functional integration and acceptance procedures – Carry out technical and competitive watch – Share ideas and expertise across disciplines to contribute to the development and continuous improvement of the organization's work tools, methods and procedures
Your background and competencies
You have a degree in business (bachelor's or university degree).
You have at least 5 years of experience as business consultant/analyst
You have an in-depth knowledge of business processes, particularly in manufacturing industries
You know the methods of lean manufacturing
You have developed a strong expertise in different sectors (e.g. manufacturing, life sciences, etc.)
You are familiar with one or more ERP systems, as a former user or as an analyst
You are as interested in new technologies as you are in mastering the commercial aspects of the role
You have excellent oral and written skills
You are a native Dutch speaker and you are fluent in English
