Finance Accountant

Proclinical is seeking a proactive and organized Financial Accountant to join our team. This role involves a variety of accounting and administrative tasks, working closely with the Accounting Manager and Director of Finance and Administration. We value flexibility, teamwork, and a willingness to engage in tasks beyond the standard scope.

Responsibilities:

• Execute diverse accounting tasks such as data entry, purchase invoice processing, and expense reporting.
• Handle monthly VAT filings and ensure compliance with VAT regulations.
• Prepare internal and external reports for stakeholders.
• Oversee purchase order administration, ensuring adherence to the 3-way match principle.
• Manage the finance mailbox and monitor inventory levels.
• Participate in stock counts and assist in ERP system development.
• Develop and document financial processes to enhance organizational efficiency.
• Perform various day-to-day administrative tasks and collaborate with administrative colleagues.

Key Skills and Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or equivalent experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics Business Central or Microsoft Navision is advantageous.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication skills in English and Dutch.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and experienced with ERP systems.
• Ability to handle sensitive information discreetly.
• Self-motivated, capable of independent work, and adaptable to change.
• Social and engaging, with strong interpersonal skills.
