IT Integrator - Enterprise IT Change | Financial Services


The opportunity As an IT Integrator , you drive complex IT change across multiple teams, domains and areas within a large financial services environment. You operate at enterprise scale, where alignment, dependencies and coordination are critical in a regulated context. This is not a delivery role and not classic project management. You work between business intent and IT execution, bringing structure, clarity and momentum to large IT change initiatives. Your impact You own the overarching IT implementation of complex change by: Defining interdependencies between features, epics and teams Creating a clear and executable IT implementation plan Coordinating execution across domains and areas Making dependencies visible so teams can prioritize correctly Coordinating end to end testing and activation Driving collaboration across business, IT and architecture Reporting progress clearly to different levels of the organization Your focus is simple: plan it well, align everyone, and make it land in a regulated financial environment. How you operate You work across the organization , not inside a single squad. You: Clarify ownership and responsibilities for change initiatives Align business, IT delivery and architecture Set up pragmatic project governance Coordinate execution, testing and activation You interact confidently with product and IT leadership, architects, risk, compliance, data teams and external partners, aligning priorities without slowing delivery. What makes you a strong fit Experience in IT coordination, IT project management or complex change Familiarity with enterprise IT landscapes in financial services Strong understanding of IT delivery and technical dependencies Ability to bring structure to complex and regulated environments Confidence in senior stakeholder management Ownership mindset with a collaborative approach The Smart Program You start this role via Projective Talent’s Smart Program , designed for professionals who want to grow into a long term role within a leading financial institution.
