About the Role

We're looking for a
Business Product Owner
to take ownership of key business initiatives and turn ideas into tangible results.

In this role, you bridge strategy and execution: translating business needs into clear priorities, driving delivery with cross-functional teams, and ensuring measurable value for both the organisation and its customers.

You don't need a finance background — what matters is your
business insight, structure, and drive to make things happen
. You're proactive, comfortable taking responsibility, and know how to bring stakeholders together to deliver outcomes that matter.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the link between business stakeholders and delivery or project teams.
• Define product vision, scope, and roadmap in line with business objectives.
• Translate business goals into actionable user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Prioritise and manage the product backlog to maximise impact.
• Coordinate delivery, testing, and go-live activities.
• Monitor progress, manage risks, and communicate results clearly to stakeholders.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes, tools, or customer journeys.

Profile

• Experience:
  3–5 years in a business, project, or product-driven environment.
• Education:
  Degree in Business, Economics, Management, or related field.
• Skills & Attitude:
• Strong analytical and organisational abilities.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills.
• Proactive, hands-on, and solution-oriented.
• Able to balance short-term delivery with long-term vision.
• Comfortable working in dynamic, cross-functional settings.
• Languages:
  Fluent in English; (Dutch or French is a plus.)
