Your role: essential at every production stage

As a
Senior Production Operator
, you'll oversee critical production operations and ensure quality results.

Your tasks will include:

• Preparing and connecting equipment (filters, pumps, centrifuges, etc.)
• Performing production operations: filtering, centrifuging, suspending plasma fractions
• Ensuring compliance with safety, hygiene, and quality procedures
• Handling equipment cleaning and sanitization (automated and manual)
• Completing GMP-compliant documentation
• Supporting teammates, training new colleagues, and contributing to improvements

Your profile

• A1/A2 level in chemistry, biochemistry, pharmacy or equivalent through experience
• Previous experience in a similar function is a plus
• Solid knowledge of MS Office
• Fluent in
  Dutch
  or
  French
  , with a good understanding of the second language
• Detail-oriented, structured, proactive, and a strong team player
• Willing to work in 2 shifts, including weekends
