Junior Finance Consultant

* Advising & supporting our clients in reaching the next level in terms of performance & digitalization of their Finance Function;* Playing an active role to accompany our clients in their Finance Function transformation: process, organisation & system aspects;* Advising & supporting our clients in harmonising & optimising their end-to-end Finance processes: accounting (procure-to-pay, order-to-cash, record-to-report, closing & consolidation …), budgeting & forecasting and other finance domains;* Designing, redefining or implementing Finance Function target operating models supporting clients strategy & ambitions in terms of growth;* Designing & supporting Finance tools & systems implementation fitting with client’s processes & strategy with the opportunity to get training & certification on most important Finance tools & systems.* Master's degree in (applied) economics, business engineering or any other relevant economic major, possibly via a second master's degree. You’ll graduate this academic year;* Born team player and keen to take initiatives. You have a critical, analytical mind, but are also client-oriented and an especially good communicator;* You're keen to keep on learning and developing, with a view to continued growth;* Someone who doesn’t walk away from complex cases.
