Provide ad hoc capital management input into strategic initiatives and legacy transactions (e.g., Loss Portfolio Transfers, Adverse Development Covers).
Lead or contribute to commutations strategy and execution.
Conduct solvency benchmarking to inform decision making and competitive positioning.
Stakeholder & Cross Functional Engagement
Act as a key liaison with Group stakeholders on group wide initiatives, ensuring clear communication and alignment across teams.
About You
Qualified actuary or accountant.
Strong knowledge of Solvency II, including technical provisions and capital requirements.
Broad understanding of actuarial concepts across reserving and capital modelling.
General knowledge of accounting principles and multiple accounting bases (e.g., IFRS, UK GAAP).
Familiarity with the Lloyd's market and its capital framework.
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to engage senior leaders and cross functional teams.
Highly structured approach to managing complex tasks involving multiple stakeholders.
