SAP CRM Techno functional Analyst

For our client in the Belgian energy sector, we’re seeking an SAP CRM Techno-Functional Analyst with deep expertise for the maintenance and support of the SAP CRM application (evolutionary and corrective).

Responsibilities:

- Maintenance, support, and enhancements of SAP CRM applications

- Technical analysis, configuration, testing, and documentation

- Managing incidents, change, and release processes

- Overseeing CRM data architecture and integrations

Requirements:

- 10+ years SAP CRM experience (incl. CRM 7 & CRM on S/4)

- Proven expertise with BRF+ and debugging

- Strong ABAP & Web UI Framework knowledge

- Experience with integrations: OpenText, SAP ISU, SAP FI, SAP BW

- Desirable: Experience in Belgian energy sector (DNB role), SAP MDM, CRM–BW/FI integration, Service & Sales processes

Project Details:

Start: October 2025

Duration: 12+ months

Workload: 5 days/week (2 days onsite Belgium/3 days remote)

Location: Belgium (energy sector context)

Languages: Dutch C2 (mandatory), English/French optional
