SAP Employee Central Lead Consultant

**SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Lead Consultant – Belgium-Hybrid**

For our international client based in Belgium, RED is currently looking for an SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC) Lead Consultant to join an ongoing transformation project.

The consultant is expected to start as soon as possible on an initial 6-month contract, with a strong possibility of extension.

The project is based in Gent (Belgium) and requires one day onsite per week during the initial phase. The rest of the work can be performed remotely.

Desired Skills:

• Strong experience in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC) implementation and support.
• Proven lead consultant experience, managing end-to-end EC projects.
• Strong hands-on configuration skills in EC (foundation objects, business rules, workflows, data models).
• Experience with integration and info type mapping between SAP HCM and EC is a strong plus.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Fluent in Dutch; good command of English.
