RPP Group is looking for a Public Affairs Director with the focus on Energy to lead and further develop our energy and sustainability policy activities in Brussels .

With offices in Berlin, Brussels, London, Paris, Rome, Madrid, and beyond, we work at the heart of EU decision-making.

About the role

As Director – Energy, you will:

Lead and grow RPP's energy practice in Europe from Brussels

Define and implement 360° EU public affairs strategies

Act as senior point of contact for clients and key stakeholders

Oversee and mentor project teams

Support business development and expansion of the energy portfolio

Contribute to the strategic development of RPP Group

About you

You bring:

• 5+ years' experience in EU public affairs, consulting, EU institutions, or interest representation
• Strong expertise in EU energy & climate policy
• Proven leadership and project management skills
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication abilities
• A proactive, structured, and entrepreneurial mindset
• Excellent English (additional languages are an asset)
