As Sales Lead at Semine, you will be responsible for both driving your own sales processes and leading a local team of Sales Executives. You will play a key role in driving growth in your market (Benelux), ensuring strong individual and team performance, and contributing to Semine's international success.
In this hands-on leadership role, you will coach and support your Sales Executives in handling complex B2B sales processes, making sure the team meets targets and builds strong relationships with senior finance decision-makers such as CFOs and Heads of Accounting. You will also collaborate with SDRs, marketing, and delivery to secure smooth processes across the sales cycle and provide valuable input for continuous product and market development. You will also have the opportunity to shape the strategy, structure, and culture of your local sales team, influencing how Semine grows in your market.
