Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Vice President in the Investment Banking Department, based in Hong Kong SAR. The Vice President will be responsible for overseeing financial modeling, conducting due diligence, leading investment banking transactions, and developing strategic financial solutions. The role also involves team leadership, managing client relationships, and contributing to the evaluation of business opportunities to drive organizational growth.
Qualifications
Experience in investment banking execution and transaction management or related field is a must
Strong expertise in financial modeling and a deep understanding of finance concepts
Proficient knowledge and experience in investment banking and conducting due diligence processes
Exceptional analytical skills, enabling the ability to interpret complex data and provide actionable insights
Proven leadership and problem-solving skills, with a strategic mindset
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for managing client relationships and team collaboration
Advanced degree in finance, accounting, legal, business administration or related field is preferred
Prior experience in a similar investment banking, Big 4 platform or corporate finance legal role is highly desirable
