Are you an experienced Business Analyst ready for a new challenge in an dynamic industry?br/ We are looking for a driven professional who can serve as the link between business needs and technological solutions. In this role, you will be responsible for managing complex processes and collaborating with various external software vendors, both offshore and onshore.br/ br/ h2Responsibilities /h2 ul liYou will analyze and optimize business processes related to appointment management (booking, execution) and Workforce Management. /li liYou will manage and improve processes for Order Management and Mass Roll Out (MRO) projects, such as fiber optic deployment. /li liYou will be a central figure in stakeholder management, translating the needs of internal teams into clear requirements for software vendors. /li liYou will work closely with external parties and other onshore/offshore vendors. /li liYou have knowledge of the Telecom OSS domain and are familiar with the overall Telecom infrastructure. /li liYou have sufficient IT knowledge to discuss topics such as database management, integrations (RESTful), off-the-shelf software, custom development, and cloud solutions (public/private). /li /ul br/ h2Requirements qualifications /h2 ul liYou have proven experience as a Business Analyst. /li liYou are accustomed to working with external software vendors in an international context. /li liYou are analytical, have strong communication skills, and are able to bridge the gap between business and IT. /li liExperience with the mentioned domains (appointment management, MRO, Order Management) is a significant plus. /li liYou have a proactive attitude and are results-oriented. /li /ul
