We are seeking an entrepreneurial Practice Lead for HR Solutions to own and grow one of our key offerings. This role is a critical blend of strategy, sales enablement, delivery oversight, and team leadership.
You will be responsible for successfully positioning and delivering our Workday, ServiceNow HRSD, and AI-enabled HR service offerings. This includes finetuning our unique value proposition, developing scalable service models, ensuring successful project delivery, and ultimately driving the growth and profitability of the practice.
Key Responsibilities
- Establish the vision, strategy, and roadmap for the HR Solutions practice, focusing on high-demand services related to Workday (Core HCM, Integrations, Talent), ServiceNow HRSD, and transformative AI applications in HR (e.g., recruitment, employee experience).
- Act as the subject matter expert (SME) during the sales process, working closely with the sales team to present our capabilities, scope engagements, and close deals.
- Delivery Oversight: Own the overall success and quality of all HR Solutions projects and services. Implement best-practice methodologies and governance structures to ensure on-time, on-budget, and high-quality delivery.
- Talent Development: Identify, hire, and mentor a high-performing team of consultants, architects, and delivery managers. Foster a culture of technical excellence, innovation, and client partnership.
- Market Positioning: Serve as the external face of the practice. Speak at industry events, write white papers, and engage in social media to build Randstad Digital’s brand in the HR technology space.
- Innovation: Stay ahead of technology trends, particularly in AI and Machine Learning as they apply to HR processes. Develop new service accelerators to differentiate our offerings.
Required Experience
- 8+ years of progressive experience in IT consulting, professional services, or a technology leadership role.
- Deep expertise and demonstrated success leading large-scale projects related to Workday HCM or ServiceNow HR Service Delivery (HRSD).
- Proven experience leading project delivery teams and managing client relationships at the executive level.
- A strong understanding of how AI/ML is currently being or can be applied to key HR functions (e.g., workflow automation, knowledge management, employee feedback).
