🎯 YOUR ROLE

As a Medior DevOps Engineer, you join an engineering environment where quality, automation, and continuous improvement are central. You support development and operations teams in their daily workflows while acting as a reference for release, deployment, and DevOps best practices.

You work across CI/CD, containerization, infrastructure, and tooling, ensuring that pipelines, platforms, and processes run smoothly and efficiently. With a proactive mindset, you automate manual tasks, optimize existing workflows, and contribute to a modern Kubernetes-based ecosystem. Through collaboration and clear communication, you help teams deliver faster, safer, and with better quality.

📌 WHAT YOU DO

Support development, technical support, and operations teams in their daily DevOps activities.

Automate deployment flows and replace manual interfaces with scripted, scalable solutions.

Improve and maintain system architectures and DevOps tooling (K8s, Ansible, Terraform, etc.).

Manage access control for source code and build systems.

Provide accurate estimations, actuals, and ETC.

Train users on tools, workflows, and best practices.

Monitor CI/CD tools, development platforms, and test environments.

Ensure quality, reliability, resilience, and performance in the delivery chain.

Help define tool roadmaps, budgets, and continuous improvements.

Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to deliver high-quality outcomes.

🫵 YOU

You bring recent, hands-on experience in core DevOps practices and combine technical depth with a strong automation mindset. You communicate clearly, work well across teams, and naturally take ownership of quality and continuous improvement.

You have experience with:

• Intermediate & recent: Bash, CI/CD, Docker, Git, Kubernetes, Linux
• Beginner (1–3 years ago): Bitbucket, Jira, GCP, Terraform
• Beginner (any time): Confluence, Jenkins
• Nice to have (1–3 years ago): Ansible
• 3+ years of automating deployments across multiple environments
• Scripting, unit testing, code quality, modular engineering practices
• Plus: AppDynamics, Hashicorp Vault, Helm, Nexus, Java

Languages (mandatory):

• ✔️ Fluent in French OR Dutch
• ✔️ Full professional proficiency in English

You are structured, proactive, and eager to improve processes, tooling, and ways of working — always looking for smarter, automated solutions.
