Reisel Consulting is looking for its next Group Buyer Services (M/F) for an assignment with its client in the energy sector, for a full-time permanent position based in Brussels. Within the Purchasing Department, the “Services” team is responsible for the sourcing of indirect purchases (corporate services such as technical and environmental studies, negotiators, fleet management, facility management, auditors, etc.). These purchases are numerous and highly diverse. The Group Buyer Services manages a portfolio of product categories representing several tens of millions of euros in annual expenditure and negotiates framework contracts for the group and local entities. The service acts as an intermediary between internal customers and suppliers and is part of the Group Services & Maintenance team. It contributes directly to improving business performance by increasing purchasing process efficiency, optimizing Total Cost of Ownership, and leveraging synergies across the group. Developing tender strategies and building trusted relationships with internal stakeholders to ensure value-added and efficient purchasing processes when defining needs. Strategically managing your product categories and contracts. Defining and deploying structured and innovative purchasing strategies. Conducting market research, negotiating European and local contracts, and maintaining long-term partnerships with key suppliers. Leading cross-functional teams through open, structured, and collaborative ways of working. Master’s degree (Business, Engineering, Supply Chain, or equivalent). Minimum of 3 years of experience in a purchasing role (technical purchasing is a plus). Fluent in English, French, and Dutch (spoken and written). Type of contract:
