University Degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, Engineering, Air Traffic Management, Aerodynamics or a relevant field (which qualifies for programming, data analysis and visualisation);
At least 10 years experience in ATM operational support environment, airline operations support or ATCO experience including traineeship;
At least 5 years of experience in work environment using SQL, Python and Power BI in aeronautical field and understanding and knowledge of air traffic management or airline operations and aviation data;
Proven experience in data science and statistics;
Experience with drafting technical documents in the field of aviation, minutes writing;
Experience in standard Microsoft Office applications in particular Excel and PowerPoint;
Experience with planning and organizing in a methodical approach and focus on quality assurance;
Ability to respond effectively to customer enquiries;
Excellent command of the English language (C1).
