RSS is excited to expand its team by welcoming several talented IT Helpdesk Agents (1st line) who will play a pivotal role in assisting a diverse user base with inquiries related to Google mail, Google Hangouts, teleconferencing, SAP, Cloud applications, and various other software and hardware platforms.
As an IT Helpdesk Agent, you'll be entrusted with the following responsibilities:
✅ Accurately capture and swiftly analyze technical issues reported by our IT end-users.
✅ Effective Communication: Play a pivotal role as the face of our internal IT department, providing direct support to our IT end-users, and effectively translating technical matters into understandable language.
✅ To excel in this role, we're looking for individuals who possess:
✔️ A minimum high school degree (secondary school, 6th year completed), preferably with additional training/courses in computer science.
✔️ IT Affinity: A genuine interest in and experience with IT support.
✔️ Language Proficiency: Fluency in both Dutch and French, along with conversational English.
