Step into a pivotal role where your expertise makes a real difference. As an Accounting Manager based in the North of Brussels, you will take ownership of core financial operations within a fast-paced environment. Your responsibilities as an Accounting Manager : Lead and support the accounting team of +/- 20 people Ensure smooth operations and skills development Manage monthly and annual closings (BE GAAP & IFRS) and ensure accurate, timely reporting Supervise statutory accounts, audits, and handle ad hoc accounting matters Define and enforce accounting policies, procedures, and compliance with regulations Monitor financial systems and processes to drive efficiency and performance in SAP Facilitate clear communication across finance and other internal stakeholders About you : You bring at least 8 years of experience in a similar role You have experience with management of big team (at least 10 person) and excel in change management You're fluent in Dutch and French, with solid English skills You master Excel and are confident with Office tools You have strong knowledge of BE GAAP and key regulations and are familiar with IFRS standards You have good knowledge in SAP The offer : A competitive monthly salary with attractive benefits Company car Meal vouchers Comprehensive insurance coverage (hospitalization, group, disability) Mobile ...
