A major player in the Financial Services is seeking a Senior HR Regional Partner to oversee HR strategy and people operations. Based in Brussels, this highly visible role supports senior management and acts as a key driver of regional HR transformation.



Your responsibilities as a Senior HR Regional Partner :

  • Lead HR activities for the Benelux region in line with group practices and local legislation
  • Advise senior stakeholders on strategic HR topics and regulatory issues
  • Manage employee relations, talent development and succession planning
  • Supervise performance, reward and engagement processes
  • Represent HR at regional leadership level (Executive Committee)


About you :

  • You have proven HR leadership experience in international or matrix organisations
  • You're familiar with Belgian and Dutch employment laws
  • You communicate with confidence and handle complex HR matters with tact
  • You think strategically, influence effectively, and lead with integrity
  • You hold a university degree in HR, Business or related field
  • You are fluent in English, with a strong command of Dutch and French
