About you

• You hold a Master’s degree in Law and have a solid understanding of Belgian legislation
• You have proven experience in M&A, ideally as a Legal Manager or Legal Counsel
• You are skilled in drafting, negotiation, and legal risk assessment
• You are commercially minded, detail-oriented, and proactive
• You are fluent in Dutch and English; French is an asset
