In Brussels, we have our Structural and Mechatronics Engineering offices, where all our new programs begin and our workshops are equipped with modern
machines that produce complex metallic assemblies for aircraft and space launchers as well as advanced Thrust Vectoring Systems for space launchers.
Mission:
The planner is responsible for managing production orders and must ensure that all resources are available to produce within agreed deadlines.
Task:
You manage the production orders for which you are responsible by planning and scheduling production in SAP
You participate in progress meetings with the workshop managers to define priority orders based on all parameters in terms of machine capacity, parts availability, available staff and adjust the planning if necessary
You are familiar with the SAP tool for planning purposes and optimise the settings and use of the tool
You determine and monitor the KPIs for your activities (adherence planning, missing parts, late production orders, etc.)
You update the Lines of Balance (LOB) for your programmes and participate in the deficit reporting process
You suggest improvements to the planning process
You strive to optimise inventory levels of finished and semi-finished products.
You work closely with the Central Planning, Procurement, Production, Quality and Programme Management teams.
You plan and organise management, production and lead times for the needs of the Spare Parts Department.
You participate in Change Request Committees (CLM), follow up change requests for which you are responsible, adjust current production orders, and coordinate and optimise the related inventories.
You cooperate and take responsibility at your own level regarding the EN9100 quality standard and the ISO 14001 environmental standard
Profile:
Experience in a similar role desired
French and/or Dutch with good knowledge of English
You are familiar with SAP and have a good command of Excel
You are analytical, logical and strive for efficiency and effectiveness
You are customer-oriented and strive to satisfy both internal and external customers
You are a team player, proactive and independent
