I am currently hiring for a Key Account Manager for a exciting Pharma Company who needs someone to drive the business in the BeNeLux division with the ability to speak English, French and Dutch.

Their Benelux office in Brussels plays a key role in expanding the company’s portfolio across Belgium, Luxembourg and the Netherlands. We’re now looking for a Key Account Manager BELUX to take the lead in driving business growth across Belgium and Luxembourg. You’ll join a tight-knit team of five, working closely with the Sales & Marketing Manager Benelux to shape strategy, build strong relationships, and deliver results that make a difference.

What you’ll do

  • Drive sales across Belgium and Luxembourg, planning and executing activities to exceed ambitious targets.
  • Develop clear, actionable strategies in partnership with the management team.
  • Build and manage key customer relationships, becoming a trusted partner in the region.
  • Identify new business opportunities and grow the customer base.
  • Take full ownership of the sales process — from first conversation to closing the deal.
  • Represent the company at national and international congresses.


What we’re looking for

  • A results-driven, self-motivated sales professional who thrives on ownership and accountability.
  • Someone who’s independent but loves collaborating in small, high-performing teams.
  • A strong relationship builder who puts the customer at the centre.
  • Comfortable travelling across BELUX and abroad, including some evenings and weekends for events and congresses.
  • Agile and adaptable, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • A proven track record in sales, with 10+ years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry.
  • Fluent in Dutch, French, and English, with excellent communication skills.
