As a strongNetwork Security Engineer (M/F/X) /strong you’ll be the go-to expert managing our network and security infrastructure – across our campus, datacenter, and Microsoft Azure environment. /ppWhat will you do? /pulliTake charge of our network security landscape, both on-prem and in the cloud (Azure). /liliProvide Level 2 support for complex IT network issues. /liliDive into IT projects related to your area of expertise. /liliWork autonomously in an agile setup with a clear backlog and strategic focus. /liliHelp improve documentation and technical guidelines. /liliDetect, assess, and fix security risks – you’re our digital guardian. /liliManage and fine-tune spam filters to keep our communications safe. /li /ulpResponsabilities: /ppstrongExperience /strong: /pulliYou’ve already rolled up your sleeves in network and firewall management — think design, setup, config, upgrades — and you know your way around operational environments. /liliYou’re certified in Azure, have experience with it, emor /em you’re eager to dive in and grow into a true Azure pro. /liliYou’re ready to become our in-house expert on Microsoft Security tools — managing, fine-tuning, and pushing them to keep cyber threats out. /liliYou’re curious about Infrastructure as Code (IaC) and see it as a powerful tool in building fast, scalable, modern environments. /liliYou believe solid processes are the backbone of great IT — and you embrace ITIL best practices to keep things running smoothly and smartly. /liliYou hold an IT bachelor degree and have 2-3 years of relevant experience in the following domains: /liliRouting Switching: Aruba and / or Cisco /liliNext-Generation Firewall (NGFW) : Fortinet, Check Point or Palo Alto /liliZero Trust Network Access (ZTNA) CATO and / or zScaler /liliNetwork Access Control (802.1X Wired/Wireless, RADIUS, TACACS, Guest Portals) /liliVulnerability management: Nessus, MS Defender or Qualys /liliNetwork Detection and Response (NDR): Darktrace /liliExtended Detection and Response (XDR): MS Defender and / or Sentinelone, /liliSpam filtering: MS Defender, Barracuda or Cisco Ironport /li /ulpbrstrongPersonality: /strong /ppYou don’t wait around — when something’s blocking the business, you jump in and fix it fast. /ppYou’re all about progress: positive mindset, always learning, always improving, and staying sharp on the latest tech trends. /ppAgile is your jam — you thrive in sprints, love a good retro, and believe great things happen when teams grow together. /ppstrongLanguages /strong: /pulliDutch or French?
