Quality Manager

SII Belgium is looking for a Quality Manager to support our clients in industries such as aerospace, defense, telecom, and high-tech. In this role, you will contribute to the achievement of quality excellence across the full life cycle of products, projects, and services. Acting as a key interface between stakeholders, you will ensure compliance with requirements, manage non-conformities, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.

As a Quality Manager, you will ensure that quality objectives are met and that risks are managed effectively at every stage of execution.

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as the main interface for Product and Project Quality with the client and internal teams;
• Monitor quality performance through objective data (KPIs such as OTD, OCD, NCRs, etc.);
• Manage non-conformities internally and with customers, ensuring timely corrective and preventive actions;
• Ensure requirements are properly considered and products/services comply with contractual and regulatory expectations;
• Coordinate with stakeholders to secure the timely delivery of required documentation;
• Promote quality methods such as problem-solving, root cause analysis, risk analysis, AMDEC/FMEA, and lessons learned;
• Analyse deviations and risks, anticipate impacts, and propose preventive and corrective solutions;
• Contribute to supplier quality assurance, from selection and qualification to performance evaluation and risk control;
• Verify compliance with quality processes across engineering, procurement, manufacturing, and delivery activities.

Your Profile:

• Master’s degree in Quality, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field
• 3+ years of experience in Quality Assurance, Project Quality, or Supplier Quality, ideally in an industrial or engineering environment;
• Strong knowledge of quality methods and tools (audits, NCR management, risk analysis, AMDEC, problem-solving, etc.);
• Experience in supplier quality and/or project execution is a strong plus;
• Analytical mindset with the ability to turn data into actionable improvements;
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills;
• Fluency in English and French and/or Dutch.
