SII Belgium is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Embedded Software Engineer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing mechanical systems, products, or devices and apply engineering principles and techniques to develop innovative and functional mechanical solutions for our clients mostly in the aerospace & defense sector. SII is a European digital and engineering services company of 16,000 experts. SII Belgium supports large businesses in adopting new technologies and innovation management. Our mission is to contribute to the design and development of future products and services for customers. Design, develop, and maintain embedded software for aerospace systems. Work with cross-functional teams to define and implement software requirements Collaborate with hardware engineers to ensure proper system integration Participate in code reviews and maintain software documentation Troubleshoot and debug software issues Strong knowledge C /C++ language, Python , and practice of one assembly language Experience with micro-controllers and development without operating system Experience in digital electronic design is a real plus Master's degree in Computer Science with embedded specialty, Electronical Engineering, or a related field Minimum of 3 years of experience in embedded software development Opportunity to work with the latest technologies Opportunity to improve your skills and knowledge through training and certification Warm and open company culture, supported by an international group If you are passionate about embedded software development and have a desire to work in aerospace, we would love to hear from you!
