Project Management Officer

SII Belgium is looking for a dynamic and organized Project Management Officer to join our team!

In this role, you will support and drive project governance, coordination, and performance tracking across strategic initiatives. You’ll act as a key facilitator between teams, stakeholders, and leadership, ensuring projects are delivered efficiently and aligned with organizational standards.

Your Mission

• Establish and maintain project governance structures, ensuring alignment with company standards and policies.
• Support project teams in planning, resource allocation, and timeline monitoring, using dynamic methods (e.g., PERT).
• Track project risks and mitigation plans, leading risk reviews and integrating scenarios into planning.
• Ensure project documentation is complete, accessible, and up to date; lead knowledge-sharing sessions.
• Engage stakeholders through workshops and regular updates to maintain alignment and commitment.
• Prepare reporting and financial tracking, providing clear visibility on progress, KPIs, and budgets.
• Promote PM best practices, train teams on tools/processes, and contribute to continuous improvement.

Your Profile

• Master’s degree in Project Management, Engineering, Business, or related field.
• Proven experience as a PMO in complex environments.
• Proficient in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Jira, Confluence…).
• Solid knowledge of project management methodologies (PERT, Prince2, PMP…).
• Strong organizational skills, analytical mindset, and communication abilities.
• French and English speaker.
