Energetic Business Manager


Covering Brussels and the Southern part of Belgium


Your role

Concretely, you will help us in further driving our growth ambition in Belgium in close collaboration with other Business Managers, our Resource Managers and the Managing Partners responsible for the region.


Your key activities will be:

  • To nurture our existing client relationships and pro-actively establish and develop new relationships
  • To identify client and prospect needs for expertise and support in their Procurement and E2E Supply Chain operations
  • In close collaboration with our Resource Managers, identity consultants who can support our clients in their needs
  • Manage the full assignment cycle of our consultants at the client, from proposal phase, over the execution phase, up to the off-boarding evaluation at the end of the assignment


Your profile


  • You have a true commercial mindset and have the eagerness and ambition to drive business growth
  • You can show past successes in business development
  • You have a passion for Procurement and E2E Supply Chain Management
  • You have exceptional interpersonal and communication skills. You thrive on building and maintaining relationships. You make an impact in your first contacts
  • You have a bachelor’s or Master’s degree
  • You enjoy a highly energetic, collaborative environment where you can work towards a common goal
  • Language skills: fluent in French and Dutch.
