Your Role

As Head of Service Hub at Cirkl Partners, you will:

  • Drive the commercial growth of the repair hub by developing and executing a strategic plan, actively prospecting B2B clients (retailers, telco’s, manufacturers, insurers), preparing proposals and contracts, and collaborating internally to translate commercial opportunities into operational solutions.
  • Set up and manage a network of subcontractors, including selecting partners, establishing SLAs and quality standards, onboarding and training, monitoring performance, and serving as the main point of contact.
  • Ensure operational and service quality by monitoring processes, costs, and lead times, handling escalations, and contributing to continuous improvement and scalability.
  • Report on management on performance, risks, and growth opportunities, creating dashboards, KPI reports, and supporting business cases and investment proposals.

Your Profile

We’re looking for someone who:

  • Holds a master’s or bachelor’s degree in economics, engineering, operations, or a similar field.
  • Has at least 5 years of experience in a service-oriented B2B environment.
  • Has proven experience in vendor management, outsourcing, or repair/service operations.
  • Brings essential commercial experience in sales, business development, or account management.
  • Possesses strong commercial and negotiation skills.
  • Is operationally strong, with a sharp eye for quality and efficiency.
  • Is analytical and financially savvy, comfortable with margins, cost-to-serve, and KPIs.
  • Works independently, is entrepreneurial, hands‑on, and an excellent communicator internally and externally.
  • Languages: Fluent in Dutch and French; strong command of English.
  • Interest/Experience in Circular Economy: understands sustainable practices, product life extension, and eco‑efficient operations.
