SAP BIB consultant

Role: SAP Business Integration Builder (BIB) Expert
Location: Brussels (2–3 days onsite, remainder remote)
Start: October 1, 2025
Duration: 6 months (with possible extension)
Citizenship: EU required
Languages: Dutch & English (C2); French (asset)

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design, configure & implement BIB integrations between SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC) and S/4HANA HCM
  • Define replication models, field mappings, filters & transformations
  • Configure SAP Cloud Platform Integration (CPI) middleware
  • Ensure accurate replication of core HR data (employee master, org structure, positions)
  • Collaborate with functional/technical teams to maintain data integrity
  • Validate data, troubleshoot replication issues & monitor logs
  • Document configurations, support UAT and production cut-over
  • Train stakeholders and provide post-go-live support
Must-Have Qualifications:
  • Hands-on BIB experience for EC → S/4HANA integration
  • Deep knowledge of SuccessFactors EC data models & S/4HANA HCM structures
  • Proficiency with SAP CPI, IDocs, OData services & XML troubleshooting
  • Strong analytical, communication & stakeholder-management skills
Preferred:
  • Experience in hybrid SF EC + SAP R/3 + S/4 landscapes
  • Certifications in SuccessFactors EC or SAP Integration Suite
  • Awareness of GDPR/data-privacy in HR integrations
