OT Security Consultant (Medior)

An established cybersecurity consulting organization is expanding its OT Security practice and is looking for a Medior OT Security Consultant to join a team of highly experienced specialists.

This role offers a unique opportunity to work on real-world industrial and critical infrastructure environments, where OT security truly matters. You will be mentored by senior consultants while actively contributing to assessments, security roadmaps, and the implementation of OT security strategies.

What you’ll be doing

• Supporting OT security assessments across industrial environments
• Contributing to governance, risk, and compliance (GRC) initiatives
• Helping translate security findings into clear, actionable roadmaps
• Assisting in the implementation of OT security measures and architectures
• Advising clients on best practices aligned with IEC 62443 and related frameworks
• Working closely with senior consultants on complex OT security projects
• Communicating effectively with both technical and business stakeholders

What we’re looking for

• A consultant with a strong learning mindset and passion for OT security
• 4+ years of consulting experience, including OT or industrial cybersecurity exposure
• Hands-on experience with OT/ICS environments (SCADA, PLCs, DCS, networks)
• Familiarity with OT security standards (IEC 62443 essential)
• Strong communication skills in English (Dutch/French is a plus)
• Willingness to travel as part of project delivery
