Job Description: SThree is seeking a dynamic and motivated Recruitment Consultant to join our growing team. If you are passionate about recruitment, results-driven, and constantly seeking new challenges, we would love to meet you! Responsibilities: Manage the entire recruitment process from candidate sourcing to placement. Identify, attract, and assess talent using a variety of sourcing methods. Maintain and develop a database of qualified candidates. Work closely with clients to understand their recruitment needs and provide tailored solutions. Negotiate placement terms with candidates and clients. Achieve and exceed performance targets. Skills and Qualifications: Previous experience in recruitment or a similar role is a plus. Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong results and goal-oriented mindset.
