Customer Project Manager

Our client:

Our client is an international and leading end-to-end logistics service provider for various industries. For the Belgian organization, which operates across 6 sites, we are looking for a driven and entrepreneurial Customer Project Manager (based at the Brussels site).

About the role:

You are responsible for leading a dedicated team (15 FTE’s: engineering, stock management, customer service and finance) focused on delivering a high standard of service to their clients.

You ensure that customer interactions are handled with care, accuracy, and efficiency, while acting as a trusted partner to both customers and internal departments. Your focus is on building strong relationships, optimizing service processes, and ensuring that operational performance directly contributes to a positive customer experience.

• You and your team ensure a high customer satisfaction through efficient and professional communication.
• Together with Sales and Operations you coordinate customer implementations, contract changes and system updates.
• You analyze customer data, complaints, and KPIs to identify improvement opportunities and projects.
• You ensure internal processes support SLA compliance and contractual agreements
• You report directly to the Site Director.

Profile:

• At least 5 years of experience in a similar leadership role in a logistics environment.
• You have excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• You are a strategic thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• You are service-driven, structured, and able to balance customer needs with operational capabilities.
• You have a customer-centric mindset.
• You are able to manage teams and collaborate across departments in a fast-paced environment.
• You are fluent in Dutch and English; proficiency in French is a strong advantage.
