📑 Your responsibilities:

• Communicate with customers via email and phone
• Register and report deviations in aircraft handling
• Distribute documents and goods to the correct departments
• Handle documents in our own software program (Cargospot)
• Identify anomalies and prepare documents
• Maintain safety and quality standards
• Guide and train new employees
• Welcome drivers and direct them to the correct loading docks

📌 What we expect from you:

• In possession of a secondary school diploma
• Fluent in Dutch, French, and English
• Flexibility to work in three shifts (including weekends and holidays)
• Focus on customer satisfaction and quality
• Proactive, communicative, and responsible
• Adherence to safety protocols and company guidelines
