Project Manager – IT Infrastructure

A leading global logistics company is seeking a Project Manager – IT Infrastructure to oversee the management and coordination of infrastructure projects within a dynamic, high-tech environment. You will play a pivotal role in ensuring the continuous improvement and innovation of the company’s IT landscape, supporting critical operations.

Your Profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in IT, Economics, or a technical field.
• 4 to 6 years of experience in IT project management.
• Experience in the logistics is a plus.
• Fluent in Dutch with a good command of English (spoken and written).
• Familiar with a broad range of technologies including storage and network architecture, data centers, cloud, and hybrid solutions.
• Strong result-oriented, customer-focused, and analytical mindset with the ability to synthesize complex information.
• Proven experience in team leadership and motivation, with excellent communication skills across internal and external stakeholders.
• High regard for safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

✅ Project Leadership & Coordination

• Lead and coordinate the design and development of IT infrastructure alongside your project team.
• Proactively propose and implement improvements and optimizations for the IT infrastructure.
• Manage relationships with external suppliers and partners, ensuring the quality and compliance of their services.

✅ Project Management Excellence

• Manage infrastructure projects from initiation to completion, setting outcome-based objectives, working within budgetary constraints and fixed deadlines.
• Communicate effectively to secure alignment and support from all stakeholders.
• Report directly to the Head of IT Infrastructure & Operations.
